| Recording Instructions
Viewing your Personal Harmonic Signature can have a
nurturing and regenerative effect on all levels of your being:
spiritual, emotional, mental and physical. The
reflected light from the unique energy pattern of your Personal Harmonic Signature carries with it the
modulations that define the very essence of you.
It is a good idea to meditate on your Personal Harmonic
Signature as frequently as possible, even if you simply admire it each time you walk by it in your home or office.
It carries the specific energy frequencies to support you
in aligning with the love, power, and perfection of your core being.

How Do I Create My Recording?
1. Choose a quiet environment to make your recording.
2. Please make sure that the recording is free of all
other sounds as that may interfere with the CymaScope imaging.
2. Choose a comfortable position, either sitting straight
or standing.
3. Actual time for recording might be as short as 1
minute, up to 3 minutes.
4. IMPORTANT: Begin the recording by stating your name and
the date.
5. Center yourself, close your eyes and begin to sing or
tone.
What Should I Record?
We recommend you choose either an “EEE” sound as in ‘yippee,’ or an “OOO” sound as in ‘soon.’
Record an entire range of tones, especially low tones. Sing up and down your voice range note by note, holding each note for as long as you can. Holding the note is what’s most important, allowing sufficient time to photograph the resulting image. Rememberto breathe between notes!
There may be one note in particular that may surprise you. When you feel uplifted and your body responds by experiencing a state of inner harmony, you have found your note.
If you do not sense this note, do not be concerned. Each and every one of us has a unique set of voice frequencies, a unique Personal Harmonic Signature, that can be defined and visualized on the CymaScope.
What Formats Can I Record With?
CD, DVD, MiniDisc, DAT, Compact Cassette, MP3 file or WAV file on a memory stick.
